I was super excited when I acquired my first Chia Pet at my work holiday gift exchange. This excitement has since faded now that the Chia has started growing sporadic bean sprouts. I understand that he could never reach his full photosynthetic potential in his current location, but he doesn’t even have one leaf. He’s like a nerdy awkward teenager. Maybe we can play call of duty together sometime.
